I’m the Child of a King!

(Romans 8:14-17 “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.”

I tell people “I am a child of a King.” The God and Father of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob is my God and Father. My grandmother, Florence Myers, was English. Her parents and oldest sibling passed through Ellis Island as they entered America. She believed that members of the royal family were called to behave as the best example of a Englishman and Englishwoman. (Rabbit Trail – We learned early you NEVER speak ill of the queen.)

When I was, “Born Again” I became royalty. I am called and empowered {By God the Holy Spirit} to live as a representative of the royal family of the Kingdom of my God and Father.

(1 Peter 2:9) “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light…”
